I'm a financial coach in Dubai, 6 years running sponsor content and ads. I already quit the hourly 1:1s three years ago, so I know how to sell an outcome not my time. So why can't I sell a sponsored package to my own audience?
I built a 'Budget Reset' 4-week group programme. Got 11 buyers. Hard part was running it live twice a week myself, so I stopped running it.
Tried ads to cold traffic, got clicks but no WhatsApp conversations. Tried an email sequence with a discount, only my existing clients bought.
Now I'm staring at a new sponsorship package and I'm embarrassed to launch it because I already know what happens. My constraint is my own hours. I can't deliver more live sessions and I can't afford a team yet.
How do you productise when the audience is there but they won't buy the thing that takes your time?
CONTEXT AT PUBLICATION
What a useful answer should help achieve
A clear decision on whether to keep pushing the group format or switch to something that doesn't need me live, plus one concrete thing to test before I launch.
Already tried
Built a 4-week live group programme, ran ads to cold traffic with a discounted email sequence.
Constraints and unknowns
My own delivery hours. I can't add more live sessions and I can't hire yet.

You did the hard part already — quitting hourly and selling an outcome is the thing most coaches never manage. The live format is the problem, not the offer. What happens if you film the same four weeks once and sell access?
