Is a paid community worth adding to a coaching business?

Only if you can answer what happens in it when you are not there.

A paid community where the value is your presence is a coaching programme with worse margins — you still have to show up, and now you have to show up constantly.

It works when the members are valuable to each other: similar enough to understand each other's problems, different enough to have something to offer. If your clients would benefit from meeting each other, you have something. If they would not, you have a support channel you are now charging for.

The honest test: would three of your current clients get value from a room with the other two in it, with you silent?
