I run three separate coaching offers under one limited company here in Hamburg. Right now every brand makes its own decisions on pricing, subcontractors, tools. It is starting to cost me. But I have no idea if forcing one governance model on all three is the right call or if I will kill the thing that makes each one work. My accountant says one legal entity is fine but I am not asking about legal. I am asking about operational governance. What have you actually done — one rule for everyone or different rules per brand?
One governance model for all brands, or let each run its own?
