Building a coaching practice that pays the rent

I keep telling other people to niche down and I have been putting it off for a year. So this journal is me doing it in public, partly to hold myself to it and partly because I suspect the people who need to hear it are the ones who already know the drill. If it goes badly I will say so here too.
