Your agreement
Terms & Conditions
The master agreement governing your access to and use of the Gbeya platform and Services.
Effective 2 July 2026 · Version 1.0 · Gbeya
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Gbeya(“Gbeya”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of gbeya.com, our multi-tenant creator-business platform, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, a workspace, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
1. Definitions
“Workspace” means a tenant account and its gbeya.com subdomain. “Customer Content” means content and data you or your end-customers submit. “End-customer” means a person who interacts with your Workspace.
2. The Services
Gbeya is a software-as-a-service platform that lets creators and businesses run an all-in-one “Creator Business OS” — bookings, courses, podcasting, sponsorships, link-in-bio, email, audience tools and analytics — within an isolated Workspace at a subdomain we provision. We may add, modify or discontinue features from time to time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account and Workspace.
- The Workspace owner is responsible for their team members’ and end-customers’ use and for configuring appropriate roles and permissions.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security incident.
4. Subscriptions, fees and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes, for which you are responsible where applicable.
- Cancellations, plan changes and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change pricing on prospective notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Breach of that policy is a breach of these Terms.
6. Your content and licence
You retain all rights in Customer Content. You grant Gbeya a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services and as directed by you. You are responsible for having the rights and consents for Customer Content and for its lawful use. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
7. Our intellectual property
The Services, software, and the Gbeya name, logo and branding are owned by Gbeya and its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Data protection
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, our Data Processing Addendum applies and is incorporated by reference (available on request).
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third parties (e.g. Stripe, Google/YouTube, email providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Availability and support
We strive to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance with reasonable efforts to limit disruption. Support is provided per your plan.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using and delete your Workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that risks harm. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases; we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable period, so export any data you wish to keep beforehand.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Additional important limitations are set out in our Disclaimer. We do not warrant any particular results, revenue or outcomes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gbeya and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Gbeya harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
16. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between us.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email and the effective date revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
