Building a delivery system I can hand off without losing the teaching

I have been the only pair of hands in this course for three years and my hours are the ceiling on everything. I am writing this down publicly so I actually finish the work of making delivery repeatable instead of just talking about it in my own head. My follow-up is the weak spot and I know it — students go quiet after week two and I find out too late.
