Building a repeatable delivery model, one test at a time

I'm sharing this because I've been running my retainer work on instinct for too long and I want to be honest about what actually holds up when I try to write it down. The gap I keep hitting is proof: I can describe what I do, but I can't yet show a buyer the machine behind it. Writing it in public keeps me from quietly abandoning the boring parts.
