Building a repeatable delivery system for my summit production service

I've been running event and summit production as a solo operator for a while now, and every project still feels like reinventing the wheel. I'm sharing this journal because I need to separate the variables: what's actually repeatable versus what's just me being in the room. The honest challenge is follow-up — I'm good at the craft, but I drop the ball after the event, and that's where the repeat business dies.
