Building a retainer consulting practice in Ottawa

I'm posting this because I keep making the same mistake and I want it written down where I can see it. Every time I land a retainer I take on too much delivery myself and the month disappears. The goal is to get to the point where retainer income covers what freelance used to bring in, without me being the bottleneck.
