Building in public: finding the next 100 members outside my current network

I've been running on referrals and repeat corporate clients for too long, and referral networks have a ceiling. I'm going to document the attempts to reach HR and L&D people who've never heard of me, including the ones that flop. Public accountability is the only thing that's ever made me finish a follow-up.
