I publish a paid membership out of Durban. 480 paying, all from cold social. It works until I skip two weeks of posting, then cancellations start. Those cancellations pay my rent so I cannot skip. My actual constraint is that growth eats the exact hours I need to productise the thing. Hiring the two people I need costs money I do not have until the thing is productised. So do I keep feeding the machine while I build, or slow both down and accept a bad quarter?
