Cookieless analytics
Analytics that respects your audience.
First-party, cookieless measurement across everything you run — no analytics cookie, no raw IPs stored, no third party in the middle. Real numbers you own.
For creators who want one honest view of their audience — without spying on it.
You want to know what's working — which post drove the sales, where your people actually come from, what they read to the end. That's just running a business.
What you don't want is to strap a surveillance tracker to your site, ship your audience's data to a third party, and slap a cookie banner on the door to do it. The strange part is that the whole industry treats that trade as normal.
No cookie. No stored IP. No third party.
There is no analytics cookie anywhere on the page. The raw IP is used for a moment on the server to derive a salted daily hash and a country, then thrown away — it's never written down. Geolocation is self-hosted and country-level only. Your audience is measured, not surveilled.
Privacy-first, and actually accurate
Privacy usually means worse data. Here it means real bounce, real time-on-page, real scroll depth — first-party and precise — without the third-party tax. GDPR/NDPR-aligned isn't a compliance checkbox bolted on; it's how the thing is built.
One spine, and it's yours
Every engine — courses, email, bookings, podcast, store — reports into one analytics spine you own. That's the same first-party data that proves delivery to your sponsors. Own the audience, own the numbers.
Why Gbeya
Nobody in the creator space markets analytics this way, because most of them resell you a third-party tracker. Ours is cookieless by construction and stores no raw IPs — GDPR- and NDPR-shaped from the ground up, so you can measure honestly and still look your audience in the eye. And because it's first-party, the numbers are yours — the same ones that power your sponsorship proof and your campaign reporting.
One honest note on the anti-bot side: every request is challenged and scored to keep bot noise out of your numbers, but it filters and down-weights rather than acting as a hard, unbeatable gate — so your stats are clean and trustworthy, and we won't oversell them as bulletproof.
What Cookieless analytics does
- Cookieless by construction — there is no analytics cookie anywhere; the beacon uses local storage only, and only for visitors who opt in
- Raw IP addresses are never stored — a visitor is a salted, daily-rotating hash plus a country, and nothing more
- Self-hosted, country-level geolocation — no third-party lookup, no city or precise location
- Real measurement, not hit-counting: genuine bounce, time-on-page and scroll depth
- First-party only — one analytics spine across every engine and channel, nothing sold or shared
- Fails open by design — if anything goes wrong, it silently no-ops; it never blocks or breaks a visitor's page
Straight answers
Questions about cookieless analytics for creators
Is cookieless analytics GDPR-compliant?
It's built to be — GDPR- and NDPR-shaped from the ground up rather than retrofitted afterwards. There's no analytics cookie, no raw IP address is ever stored, geolocation is self-hosted and only country-level, and nothing is sold or shared with a third party. A visitor is recorded as a salted, daily-rotating hash plus a country — pseudonymised data handled with care, not raw personal data left lying around. (It's a strong privacy posture, not a substitute for your own legal advice.)
Do I need a cookie banner for it?
The analytics sets no cookie at all — the beacon uses local storage only, and only for visitors who opt in — so the measurement itself doesn't trigger the consent requirement that ad and tracking cookies do. Your overall banner obligations still depend on everything else you run on your site, but our analytics isn't what puts you there.
How do you track visitors without cookies?
Instead of tagging a browser with a cookie, the server derives a salted hash from the request that rotates every day, plus a country from a self-hosted lookup. That's enough to measure real visits, bounce, time-on-page and scroll depth without a persistent identifier following anyone around. The raw IP is used for a moment to derive that daily hash and then discarded — it's never written down.
What is cookieless analytics?
It's measuring how people actually use your site — real bounce, time-on-page and scroll depth, not just hit counts — without dropping a tracking cookie in their browser or handing their data to a third party. You still get honest, first-party numbers you own; your audience just doesn't get surveilled to produce them.
