Cutting the client work so the publishing can breathe

I want to log this where people can see it, because I've quietly restarted this goal twice and told nobody. The business has enough customers to keep me busy and not enough leads to keep me calm, and I've finally accepted those two facts are related. Documenting it so I stop pretending the busyness is the plan.
