Experiment: one extra 1:1 spot at double my current rate

I have four 1:1 slots a week and they have been full since spring, which tells me the constraint is my hours, not demand. So instead of raising everyone at once, I'm opening one new slot at double my current rate and offering it to the next two people who ask. If nobody bites in three weeks I learn something about proof I can't argue with.
