Handing off the parts that made the work mine

I have a good problem: enough sponsors and ad work to keep the team busy, but I am still the one checking every detail, which means the growth is eating the one thing I wanted to buy back. I am logging this publicly because I suspect I am not the only one who solved the wrong problem. My worry is that consistency quietly depends on me, and I will not know how much until I step away from it.
