How far ahead do you actually plan content?

I've been doing this on vibes for eight months and it shows. I know roughly what I'll write next week and absolutely nothing beyond that, which is probably why enquiries arrive in clumps then nothing for a fortnight. Trying to fix the lead inconsistency before I start blaming the market.
