Ran the June cohort with one change: no video lessons, just a 3-minute voice note in the group at 6am and a single question to answer by 8pm. Completion went from 41% to 68%, but the people who finished also took longer to do it, so I'm not sure yet whether I traded speed for follow-through or just made it easier to skim.
Killed the video modules, moved to WhatsApp voice notes
