Logged month five of Pause & Pivot: three new students and one uncomfortable quiet

I keep this log because my own students tell me they want to see the middle, not the launch highlight reel. Early revenue means the numbers move, then don't, then move again, and I'd rather write that down honestly than pretend it's a straight line.
