I'm tracking this in the open because I've told enough people the newsletter would be a real business by now that quietly moving the goalposts isn't an option. Right now every euro from it is still a euro I haven't earned from a client, and the gap hasn't closed. Putting the numbers and the failed tests here so I can't pretend the story is cleaner than it is.
