Trying something small against the cash-flow problem: converting two of my open-ended 1:1 clients to a fixed 8-week retainer at 1 session/week, invoiced upfront, same hourly equivalent as now. The point is not more money per hour, it's knowing what next month looks like before it starts. I'll run it with two clients only, because if it fails I want it to fail small. Curious whether anyone here has tried prepaid blocks and found clients push sessions to the end of the window.
