Poll: how do you report ops numbers to yourself each week?

I've been tracking everything in my head for months and it finally cost me — I missed that my retainer clients were quietly eating my whole Tuesday. I want one place I actually look at, not a dashboard I build and abandon. Before I pick a format I need to know what other solo people actually keep up with, because I suspect the answer isn't the one I'd design.
