Starting a build-in-public log: turning workshop clients into a subscription

I have been running the group programme for a while now and it is still almost entirely one-off bookings, which means every month starts at zero. I want recurring revenue and I have decided to figure it out in the open rather than quietly restarting my pricing page every few weeks. Mostly I am sharing this because I keep buying tools instead of making decisions, and writing it down will make that harder to ignore.
