I'm opening this because I have been circling a second offer for months and every time I get close to launching it, my completion rates on the first one stop me. I want to separate what is actually a capacity problem from what is a design problem, and writing it down is the only way I trust myself to do that. If anyone has run two offers at once with a small team, I would rather hear what broke than what worked.
