My open rate is fine and my sponsor enquiries are not. So this month I'm replacing the four weekly ad slots with one sponsor placement, priced at what the four brought in combined. The bet is that fewer, bigger placements take less of my time to sell and still earn the same. Two weeks in and I've already had one regular advertiser say no to the size.
