Testing a 48-hour follow-up rule on the last 6 enquiries

I've been letting enquiries sit in my inbox until I've got something 'proper' to send, which sometimes means a week. So starting this month I'm replying to every quote within 48 hours even if the reply is just 'still working on numbers, here's where it's at'. Six enquiries in, nothing to report yet except that it feels less awful than the silence.
