I'm trying to turn my group programme into recurring revenue instead of one-off payments, but with cash flow all over the place I don't want to guess. So I'm testing a small thing first: offering existing members a monthly maintenance retainer for design updates. Quick question before I read too much into results — are we counting this as recurring only if they stay past three months, or from month one?
