Testing a paid monthly Q&A instead of another course module

I've been trying to get off the delivery treadmill and the only thing I could think of that doesn't need new content every month is a live Q&A. So for the last three weeks I've run a 45-minute call every second Thursday, R450 a month, capped at eight people. Six signed up. It's not life-changing money but it's the first time revenue hasn't needed me building something new.
