Testing a paid onboarding handoff so I stop doing it myself

Manual onboarding is where my week disappears, so this month I'm testing whether a $400 handoff doc plus one paid VA hour per client actually holds. I'm running it on the next four signups only, everyone else stays on the old way, so I can tell whether it's the handoff or just a quiet month. If it works I want the freelance hours back, not a new process to manage.
