Testing a paid template pack as a second offer (Ghana)

I'm going to put my document-review checklist up as a paid template pack at a low fixed price and see if buyers come from it before I build anything bigger. The reason is simple: my hours are already full, so a second offer has to be something that sells without me in the room. I'm separating two questions here — whether people want it, and whether they'll pay for it — because I don't want to read one as the other. Which of those would you test first if you were me?
