Testing a published rate card on my coaching page

I put a fixed price on the site for the first time this week instead of saying 'from $X, let's talk'. Three enquiries came in, two asked about scope first, one asked why it was cheaper than what I quoted them last month. That last one is the bit I did not plan for.
