Testing a smaller first module to fix completions

I've been watching people stall out around week three of our onboarding academy and I'm starting to think the first module is just too big. So this cycle I'm cutting it in half to see if getting a quick win early carries people further. If it doesn't move, I'll stop blaming length and look at something else.
