Testing a subscription model for the HR group programme

I want to track this publicly because recurring revenue is the thing I keep saying I need and never quite committing to. My cash flow swings hard month to month and I suspect it is because I sell a six-week programme and then start over. Framing it as a test keeps me honest about what actually works.
