Conversion in my group programme has been stuck and I'm fairly sure the weak spot is what happens after someone shows interest, not the front-end pitch. I'm going to run a few small follow-up changes over the next weeks and log what actually moves. Posting it here because I'd rather track it in public than quietly abandon it again.
