Testing whether earlier check-ins keep retainer clients past month three

I've had a handful of clients on retainer and lost two before month three, which stings when delivery already eats every hour I have. Rather than guess, I'm going to test a small change to how I check in and write down what actually happens. It's a tiny sample and I know it, but it's what I've got to work with.
