Testing whether partners can carry what I can no longer deliver myself

I have hit the ceiling of what I can teach myself, and the honest version is that the work now depends on other people showing up well. I am writing this down because I want a record of what actually worked with partners rather than what I hoped would. It is a test, and some of it will fail.
