Posted a free onboarding checklist aimed at freelance trainers on two LinkedIn groups and my mailing list. Got 11 downloads and one actual reply. Follow-up is my weak spot, so I set a calendar reminder for day three and sent a one-line 'did it help?' note. I think the checklist is fine and the follow-up is still the problem.
