Tried booking 2 delivery days a week with no calls on them

I've got three retainer clients and I was saying yes to every ad hoc session that came in, which meant prep bled into everything. For two weeks I blocked Tuesday and Thursday as delivery-only — no sales calls, no discovery, no email before noon. I honestly don't know if the win was the blocking or the fact that I finally said no to two people, which are different things and I can't separate them yet.
