I've been manually onboarding every new member into the group programme and it was eating my Fridays. Decided to test capping intake at 8 per cohort and doing one live onboarding call instead of five separate ones. Two cohorts in, it cut my admin time roughly in half but I'm not sure it's better for the members yet.
