Two workshops this month I didn't run the debrief on. Gave the associate my template and a one-page 'what good looks like' and stayed out of the room. First one came back thin — she'd written what happened, not what it meant. Second was better after we reviewed the first together. So the template wasn't the problem, the calibration was.
