I'm the bottleneck on leads and I know it. My problem is I never know if the drop is me being slow to reply or the enquiries just being wrong-fit. So I split it: an assistant now owns first reply and booking, I only take the shoot call. Four weeks, and I logged every enquiry with what happened to it.
