People were dropping out of my retainer programme around module four, and I suspected it was because the written recaps felt like homework. So for this cohort I swapped them for a three-minute voice note — no slides, no action items, just me saying what we covered and what to try next. Half of them replied to the voice note, which never happened with the PDFs. What actually surprised me was that completion didn't move as much as I expected.
