I run a paid membership for L&D folks and my free checklist gets plenty of downloads but almost nobody upgrades. My follow-up was basically a newsletter whenever I got around to it, sometimes two weeks later. This month I made myself send a personal text or Viber message within 24 hours, three lines, asking one question about their team. Twenty-two people. Four replies, one call booked so far.
