I've got eleven members and onboarding each one still takes me about forty minutes of back and forth on WhatsApp. Before I build anything bigger I want to know if the problem is the questions I ask or just that I'm asking them one at a time. So this week I'm sending the same five questions as one message up front and seeing if that cuts the back and forth.
