Trying to make coaching my only income, and the lead flow is the whole problem

I'm writing this down publicly because I've been quietly telling myself the freelance work is just a bridge, and it's been a bridge for a while now. A handful of paying clients doesn't tell me whether I have a business or a lucky streak, so I want a record I can't revise later. If it goes badly I'd rather have written it down than explained it after the fact.
