Turning an audience that watches into one that pays

I've spent two years building an audience in Kisumu and across Kenya, and I've finally had to admit that reach is not revenue. So I'm writing this down publicly because I need to be held to it. The plan is a paid membership for personal-brand founders, and I'm starting from almost zero on the subscription side.
