I run a small membership for people going from freelance to agency work, mostly Ghana and Nigeria. Churn is highest in the first month and I think it's because onboarding runs through me personally — DMs, calls, the lot. I keep changing the sequence to see what sticks. Before I build anything, I want to know what everyone else does on day one.
