I run a paid newsletter alongside the podcast and I'm finally trying to get serious about churn. Problem is I've got ConvertKit, Stripe, and a Google Sheet I update by hand, and none of them agree on who actually left. Part of me thinks I'm drowning in tools and the answer is to just pick one and trust it.
