I've been sitting on this for weeks. My legal research email gets real engagement. People reply, forward it, ask follow-up questions. But when I try to sell coaching from that same list, nothing. I'm considering turning the data I already compile, compliance dates and case summaries by Bundesland, into a paid product. Has anyone done this? I worry I'd be putting the only thing that works behind a paywall and hoping people pay.
Would a paid data product be my second offer or just a paywall?
What a useful answer should help achieve

Already tried
Free guides, a €49 workshop, and direct calls with the same engaged list.
