YouTube-OS — plan, optimise, publish, engage
Run your channel as a business: idea → title/description/tags → publish → comments, from one screen.
YouTube-OS treats each video as a piece of work with a lifecycle, not a file you upload and forget.
Ideas and planning
Ideas land in the idea bank (from you, from Content Studio's keyword research, or from what your audience asks). Move one to Planned to give it a target date; it appears on your calendar.
Optimising before you publish
For a planned video, Optimise drafts titles, a description with timestamps and links, tags and a pinned comment — in your brand voice (set in Brand intelligence). Edit anything; nothing is published until you say so.
Publishing
Upload the file here or point at a video already on the channel. Publish or Schedule sends it to YouTube through your connected channel with the metadata you approved. Status shows Uploading → Processing → Live.
After publishing
- Comments stream in; reply, pin, hide or flag from here. The support assistant can draft replies for you to approve.
- Performance shows views, watch time and where traffic came from, next to the rest of your channels in Insights.
- Every video gets a page on your site, so search traffic lands on your domain, not only on YouTube.
Requirements
A connected YouTube channel in Channels. If YouTube asks you to re-approve access, the page tells you and one click fixes it.
