- If you run a show on Gbeya, open Podcast → Marketplace in your workspace and publish a listing describing your audience and your ideal guest. Your show then appears here and qualified guests apply with a short pitch — and you can also browse the guest pool directly (Podcast → Marketplace → Find guests) and invite people onto your show. Both directions are live.
- Does it cost anything to apply?
- Browsing the directory and applying is free by default. Some shows run paid guest spots — either the show charges a placement fee or pays the guest an appearance fee — and any fee is shown clearly on the listing before you apply. You sign in with just your email — no password — to send an application.
- What happens after a host accepts my application?
- You move into a guided booking: you pick a recording slot (with a calendar hold on both sides), submit your intake and topics, acknowledge a tech check, and sign a clear content-release agreement before the recording. Automated reminders keep both sides on track so nobody ghosts.
